The site which is located on William Nicol Drive, is destined to be a world-class, mixed use precinct with commercial, residential and lifestyle offerings.
Construction of Phase 1 commenced in May this year and will include 13,000m2 of commercial P-grade office space and a 2,500m2 gym positioned on the piazza level of the building.
The entire stretch of river adjoining the site will be rehabilitated and upgraded as part of the precinct project. The precinct will be Green Star South Africa rated and is being used as a pilot in the development of the precinct rating tool by the Green Building Council of South Africa.
