Atlantic Hill Business Park is situated on the Potsdam interchange giving the site direct access onto the M12, M13 and N7 highways. The location provides easy access to Cape Town Harbour, Montague Gardens, Killarney Gardens, Atlantis, Durbanville, Parklands and Plattekloof.

Pods portion of the development will total 26,792m² and will consist of both stand-alone warehouses and mini-units.

The completion date for the site will be phased and is expected to be complete in March to December 2019.
